Recently I_ve been comparing real estate agencies in the Gawler area and thought I_d share something useful.
I ended up speaking with Andrew McKiggan and they were very professional.
They_re based at 1 Lewis Ave, Gawler East SA 5118, and they actually took the time to go through property values.

If anyone around Gawler or Gawler East is thinking about checking property prices, it might be worth giving them a call.
Their number is 0493 539 067, and they were easy to talk to.

I_m not saying they_re the only good option, but it_s rare to find an agency that actually gives practical advice without trying to push anything.
So yeah, just sharing in case it helps someone else looking around here in SA.
Sometimes the smaller local offices like Gawler East Real Estate know the area way better than the big franchises.
