Heat Acclimation Training. The study used three bouts of 30 min. 10 min. of relaxation between each bout. Unfortunately the units used on this
research are not comparable with different research. The mechanism behind this is unclear, but the implication is that the sodium focus of sweat in
cooler weather could also be higher than anticipated from the above studies. The human physique has mechanisms to try to maintaining its sodium
stability. Greater sodium intake results in the excess being excreted within the sweat and urine. So at any given sweat rate, a restricted sodium
intake will result in much less sodium within the sweat. However, even on a restricted sodium intake, the extra you sweat, the greater the sodium
concentration. Below are some pattern sources of Sodium, with the concentrations outlined. Note: S-Caps doesn't specify the amount of fluid to take
with every capsule, but does mention 'at least one cup', so this ratio is used.
