I'm planning a new house build on some acreage and trying to understand the order of operations. Should I start with an earthmoving company for land
clearing and utility trenching before bringing in a grading specialist? Or is it typically the same crew that handles both? I’ve read mixed
answers online. If anyone has been through the process, I’d love to hear how you sequenced your site prep.
