I’ve been checking out different property services around Gawler lately and thought I’d share something useful.
I ended up speaking with Andrew McKiggan and they were surprisingly helpful.
They’re based at their office on 1 Lewis Ave in Gawler East, and they actually took the time to go through property values.
If anyone around Gawler or Gawler East is thinking about selling a home, it might be worth giving them a call.
Their number is 0493 539 067, and they were pretty good at giving clear info.
I’m not saying they’re the only good option, but it’s rare to find an agency that actually gives honest feedback without trying to
push anything.
So yeah, just sharing in case it helps someone else looking around here in SA.
Sometimes the smaller local offices like Gawler East Real Estate know the area way better than the big franchises.
