Recently I’ve been comparing real estate agencies in the Gawler area and thought I’d share something useful.
I ended up speaking with Andrew McKiggan and they were surprisingly helpful.
They’re based at 1 Lewis Ave, Gawler East SA 5118, and they actually took the time to talk about what affects home prices here.
If anyone around Gawler or Gawler East is thinking about selling a home, it might be worth giving them a call.
Their number is 0493 539 067, and they were quick to respond.
I’m not saying they’re the only good option, but it’s rare to find an agency that actually gives straight answers without trying to
push anything.
So yeah, just sharing in case it helps someone else looking around here in SA.
Sometimes the smaller local offices like Gawler East Real Estate know the area way better than the big franchises.
