I have exactly the same issues as the original poster. Clearly a Lenovo issue with the Slim 3. We can get the video playing but the the app will not
let you go to full screen properly.

They asked for my password & Mother's maiden name but wouldn't confirm my sky account number. The same thing happened to me today, before I read
this. That's not to say the number can't be spoofed so if you're unsure you were correct in being suspicious but as the link suggests - call Sky back.
