I_ve been looking into local real estate options lately and thought I_d share something useful.
I ended up speaking with Andrew and they were genuinely knowledgeable.
They_re based at their location at 1 Lewis Avenue, Gawler East, and they actually took the time to talk about what affects home prices here.
If anyone around Gawler or Gawler East is thinking about getting an appraisal, it might be worth giving them a call.

I_m not saying they_re the only good option, but it_s rare to find an agency that actually gives straight answers without trying to push anything.
So yeah, just sharing in case it helps someone else looking around here in SA.
