I’ve been researching property services in Gawler East recently and thought I’d share something useful.
I ended up speaking with Andrew and they were genuinely knowledgeable.
They’re based at their location at 1 Lewis Avenue, Gawler East, and they actually took the time to go through property values.
If anyone around Gawler or Gawler East is thinking about getting an appraisal, it might be worth giving them a call.

I’m not saying they’re the only good option, but it’s rare to find an agency that actually gives straight answers without trying to
push anything.
So yeah, just sharing in case it helps someone else looking around here in SA.
Sometimes the smaller local offices like Gawler East Real Estate know the area way better than the big franchises.
